We think this may well be one of, if not, the best example for sale today. This excellent and original UK supplied example was registered new on 18th August 1987 through Toyota, Redhill Surrey. It has been dry stored ever since having resided in the original owners small collection. Presented in its original colour combination of Amethyst Silver Metallic paintwork over a Grey cloth interior the condition is excellent, the paintwork is superb, and the interior is like new with no visible wear or patina. On inspection of the cabin all the dials and buttons are working as they should, including the original radio and the air conditioning which is still blowing cold. The specification of this fine example includes overdrive and cruise control both working well. In immaculate order it even still retains its 'new car' smell when you open the door! The engine bay and underside are too in fine fettle as is the boot area, retaining its original spare wheel and tools. We have had new tyres fitted due to age, but have retained the originals for the new owner if they wish to keep them. The Toyota drives very well indeed, the engine is strong and pulls well, and the automatic gearbox is smooth. Offered with a detailed history file containing, the original sales invoice from Toyota, the original owners manual and service booklet, the original sales brochure, many previous Mot test certificates, various maintenance invoices, the current Mot test certificate showing no advisories, valid until 19th August 2025. The V5 shows three owners in total however in reality it is a two owner vehicle as the first two owners were husband and wife.
